Philosophy
Bruce feels exercise becomes much more important rather than less as you get older.
Essentially the human body is a machine designed to adapt to stresses placed on it, in effect
the body is a dynamic medium which means it never stays the same, it either becomes more
efficient through training, or it begins to decay from lack of exercise and proper nutrition.
Keep in mind, the body you inhabit, is the only one your going to have in this lifetime.
Take care of it!

The human mind is a goal striving mechanism
It is generally well known to almost all top athletes
around the world that your mind is responsible for your
rate of progress.
Concentration and sharp focus is the key to achieving
your goals in health, physical fitness and for that matter
every area of your life.
It seems at times no matter how diligently you apply
yourself to the proper completion of an exercise your
involved with, your mind will wander to other things,
such as financial, family, scheduling or personality
conflicts.
I will show you with the proper mental exercises how you
will be able to eventually shut out all mental intrusions
and increase intensity and efficiency of all aspects of
your program enabling you to see results much faster.
